Late in 2005 we announced Austin & Denholm's acquisition of the above ITT Industries Authorized PRO Shop in Edmonton and our appointment as the Authorized Repair and Overhaul facility for ITT Goulds Pumps and ITT A-C Pump products.

We have expanded our capability to provide full local, in house repair and overhaul service for all our rotating equipment product lines.
