The Komax Steam Heater's mixing module consists of six equal-diameter cylindrical cavities mounted symmetrically around the main pipe axis. Each of these cavities contain a single helical mixing element, with all of the elements having the same sign of twist. When the product and steam merge, the cavities violently rotate creating a truly uniform product at a uniform temperature.
