Welcome to Seepex which is handled solely by our B.C. Office.

The SEEPEX line of MD and MDT Progressive Cavity Pumps have continued to innovate and revolutionize the design and implementation of Progressive Cavity Pumps around the world. Both the MD (used for metering) and the MDT (the industrial model) are technically superior over other similar pumps and designs.
All MD and MDT pumps can be installed in any possible position-- removing the need for awkward installations and downtime. Operating between -20°C and +180°C, the pump requires no gate or valve checks and quietly operates with less than 60dB (A) of noise. The Directions of rotation and consequential flow through the pumps are reversible. Also, a change in the operating pressure has little effect on the conveying capacity, which in turn is proportional to its speed. Even with gas or air bubbles trapped within the product, excellent self priming properties up to 8.5m (27.88 ft) can be achieved, and with  pressure heads virtually independent of pump speed. Both pumps are available in either Stainless Steel or Synthetic construction.
SEEPEX-pumps Range MD
With the ability to convey very small quantities at high differential pressures, the SEEPEX mini pump meets with the exacting requirements of laboratories and other high performance applications.
The precise metering of liquids containing either difficult physical properties or reactive chemical ingredients is economically achieved.

Examples of this category are products with one or more of the following: high viscosity; a solids content; shear sensitivity; foaming; air or gas inclusions; abrasive particles present; a chemically aggressive constituent. Even with such products, the self priming SEEPEX MD pump can meet with high suction lift and delivery pressure requirements.

Typical products which are handled include: Polyelectrolytes, lime wash, ferric sulphates, ferric chlorides, hydrogen peroxide, hydrochloric acid, sulphuric acid, zinc chloride, titanium dioxide, cellulose, gelatine, whey, yeast etc.
A comprehensive range of material is available for Austin & Denholm Industrial Sales Inc. to ensure that the construction of the pump is compatible with the product. There is also a choice of drive arrangements which includes Electric Motors and fixed geared speed or mechanically variable speed gearboxes with ranges R=5, R=40 or R=80:1 ratios. Frequency inverter control is also available, and offers a wide range of output speeds with ratios from R=infinity.

SEEPEX-pumps Range MDT
The SEEPEX MDT pump is an alternative to the basic MD and is used where highly viscous and or non flowable products have to be pumped. The basic suction branch is replaced by a feed hopper and the extended coupling rod connecting drive shaft to rotor is fitted with the special feed screw which conveys the product to the progressive cavities between the pump's rotor and stator.

Products that the SEEPEX MDT has proved successful in handling include for example, pastes of different types, mashes, gels, viscous materials and liquids containing a high dry solid content. It is of course assumed that whatever product is handled remains in a transportable condition and that its physical characteristic would not prevent its traverse through pump and pipeline (e.g.. frictional losses and static heads or immeasurable dimensions).
