JUD AG Papiermaschinen was founded in 1968 in Vaduz, Liechtenstein. From beginning on Felt- & Wire Tensioner and Felt- & Wire Guides have been developed and produced under the labels 'Retec' and 'JUD'.
Due to their unique design and the excellent quality and reliability the JUD products are well known and have got an outstanding reputation throughout the worldwide paper industry.
In 1984 JUD Corporation USA has been established as a sales and service-plant to strengthen JUDs position at the US market. JUD Corporation is now located in Chesapeake, Virginia.

JUD AG Papiermaschinen was taken over by the IBS group in 1990 and has got production plants in Liechtenstein and Austria. The company has several service centers through the world and a close network of local agents.
